guest and their chosen entrée prior to the event.


A bed of romaine with egg, tomato, avocado & cucumber tossed
in Thousand Island dressing on the side with Pacific Northwest bay
shrimp.

Hearts of romaine tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, house made
croutons and shaved parmigiano & reggiano cheese.

Fresh tomatoes, kalmata olives, Harley Farms feta cheese, cucumber,
rainbow peppers, roasted garlic & red onions tossed in an aged
red wine and olive oil vinaigrette.


Pepper-crusted, aged New York steak flash seared to seal in the flavor,
served with garlic mashed potatoes & garden fresh vegetables.

Grilled with sesame seeds, soy & wasabi sauce, paired with rice
pilaf & seasonal vegetables.

Breaded and baked chicken breast with a creamy pesto sauce, served
with wild rice and seasonal vegetables.

Prawns, mussels, clams & calamari infused with our own Harbor Light
Ale and saffron.
