A well-balanced, full-flavored amber ale. It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character from specialty Aromatic and Melonoidin malts. A complex hop aroma, with hints of floral and citrus from a combination of Summit, Cascade and Chinook hops. Silver medal winner, 2016 CA State Fair!
A West Coast IPA bursting with aromas of grapefruit rind, resinous pine, and lemon zest, with a malt backbone that enhances the hop bite.
KÖLSCH STYLE ALE
Inspired by the Brewers from Köln Germany; this is an easy drinking, lightly hopped beer with a spicy, floral finish from German Noble hops and Pilsner Malt. Silver medal winner, 2016 CA State Fair!
NOT FOR SALE ALE
A Saison made in collaboration with Not For Sale, a nonprofit that works against human trafficking worldwide. We used a Peruvian herb called Cat’s Claw, combined with honey, ginger and Hibiscus flowers, and a Belgian Saison yeast that adds a spicy kick to the finish.
Made in collaboration with Not For Sale’s coffee company, Dignità, Calf-eine is a Coffee Milk Stout brewed with medium roast, cold brewed coffee. This beer has a rich and creamy texture from the addition of lactose, balanced by a roasty aroma and subtle bitterness from the coffee.
FULL SWING IPA
Our brewers knocked it out of the park with this special edition IPA made from Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy, and Magnum hops. With aromas of tropical fruit and a crisp finish, this is an IPA for the IPA fanatic.
Ocho Barril Series
The Ocho Barril Series is named after the batch sizes in which our unique sour ale is produced. A batch of 420 gallons fills eight oak barrels whilst leaving room for the addition of fruits and spices. The beer is then fermented with a combination of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pedioccocus and aged between 12-24 months to create a mélange of bright acidity and a funky barnyard finish. We will be releasing a different sour every few months, on sale at selected retailers and available here at the brewery-to-go or to enjoy while dining.
