We believe that beer matters. That's why we craft ours from the
finest ingredients at our in-house brewery. Whether you want
something to pair with your meal or to drink chilling out with friends,
we have the brew for you — piped directly from our brewery to the
bar. Our signature Mavericks® Beers & Ales, named after the world-
famous surf spot practically in our own backyard, are available year-
round. That's not all we offer: Our brewmaster is always creating,
so keep a lookout for our continuously changing list of seasonal ales,
porters, and stouts.

	MAVERICKS® BOOTLEGER'S BROWN ALE Color: Copper Brown Characteristics: English-style, slightly sweet, light-bodied, malty with notes of toffee, roasted nuts, and caramel. Alcohol by volume: 4.0%

	MAVERICKS® BIG BREAK ALE Color: Golden Characteristics: Brewed with European malt and hops with a lager-like flavor and clean finish. Alcohol by volume: 4.8%

	MAVERICKS® AMBER ALE Bronze Winner, World Beer Cup 2012! Color: Amber Characteristics: Robust, balanced Amber Ale brewed with four malts and cascade hops. Alcohol by volume: 4.8%

	MAVERICKS® PRINCETON-BY-THE-SEA IPA Color: Golden Orange Characteristics: Seven different kinds of hops provide a range of flavors and aromas from grapefruit to pine to Golden Promise malt, which has a honeyed-sweetness and rich mouth-feel to balance the hop bite. Alcohol by volume: 6.1%

	MAVERICKS® SANDY BEACH BLONDE HEFEWEIZEN Color: Hazy Gold Characteristics: Unfiltered wheat beer with aroma of banana and clover, a fruity, citrusy character supports the wheat malt flavor of the beer with a bitter hoppiness for balance. Alcohol by volume: 4.5%


In collaboration with the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, Pete Slosberg, creator of Pete's Wicked Ale, and beer industry veteran, Will Shelton, have launched a new line of canned high flavor session beers under the Brewing Company's existing Mavericks® brand. Pace Setter Wit, Back in the Saddle Rye Pale Ale, and Pit Stop Chocolate Porter are all on tap at the BrewCo, where you can also grab a 6-pack to go for your next adventure. What is a Session Beer? Originating more than a century ago in the UK, session beers are known for having less alcohol than typical craft beers. They are perfect for cyclists, runners, and active people who want to be able to enjoy a few beers without abandoning their active lifestyles or sacrificing on flavor.

	Pace Setter Belgian Style Wit Witbier, or "white beer", is a classic beer style from Belgium, brewed with barley and wheat, and traditionally spiced with orange peel and coriander. For this unique interpretation of the style, Mavericks adds a zesty dose of lemon peel. Alcohol by volume: 3.75%

	Back in the Saddle Rye Pale Ale So rich and flavorful! We combine classic English pale ale malt and robust American hops for a highly drinkable, satisfying pale ale, with the subtle accent of spicy rye malt. Alcohol by volume: 3.75%

	Pit Stop Chocolate Porter This dry porter is brewed with a special blend of roasted barley malts and raw cocoa beans, to create subtle, but complex hints of dark chocolate, especially in the aroma. Alcohol by volume: 3.75%
