When: Thursday, June 26th, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Where: Mavericks House, 107 Broadway, Half Moon Bay, CA, 94019
Join us for a special event at Mavericks House: Litigating For Justice, a conversation with attorney Joe Cotchett, considered by plaintiffs and defense attorneys alike to be one of the foremost trial lawyers in the country and “one of the best trial strategists in the state,” building a career out of representing the underdog against powerful interests. Moderated by Lenny Mendonca and presented by the Coastside Democratic Club.
A compelling conversation with renowned trial lawyer Joseph W. Cotchett, who recently told The San Francisco Standard, “The Trump administration’s behavior toward federal judges and the legal establishment during its first 100 days can only be characterized as vindictive, combative, and totally contrary to our Constitution.”
A fierce advocate for justice, Cotchett is also a strong supporter of the Coastside—working to protect public access to areas like Martin’s Beach, preserve local history, and champion numerous charities and nonprofits in the community.
Snacks are complimentary, Beer, wine, and other beverages will be available for sale at the event.
